Yes, 1dad, this is a fine example of why we have registries. BECAUSE THE COURTS DIDN'T DO THIER JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE. How dare they send guys like this back on the street and let us know that he is dangerous but now that we know, hey not the governments problem any more!
How 'bout we get rid of the registries and spend the money keeping these....(calm down artie).....And incarcerating the heinous fiends forever. Don't saturate us with non-violent, non-dangerous politically motivated refistrants. Free the ones deemed to be likely to get along and fry the rest for all I care.
I take it back, THIS is what is WRONG with registries. Because of these registries, it made it "OK " (both index fingers and middle fingers wiggling in the air emulating the quotation marks) to put this "Sex Offender" on the street. HE IS A RAPIST for God's sake!
