the facts and circumstances surrounding those convictions

If his convictions involved going to school playgrounds and fondling 10 year-olds I could see it. But his offenses were against relatives and they happened in the home. So what makes this idiot think he's susceptible to offending against somebody at a school?
Post-trial briefs in the challenge that Singleton filed to the law are due Oct. 19. Beckwith will make a decision in the case sometime after that.

I suggest next time they attack the order on behalf of his children, who have a fundamental right to the care and nurturing of their father and the security and sanctity of the place they call home.
