A valid concern. Visits by Revenue auditors can render people unconcious, and then he might assault them like he did his victim.

The Lewiston Sun Journal Thursday reported that Wood’s supervisor at the Maine Revenue Services wrote a memo questioning the appropriateness of sending a sex offender into homes without first notifying those being visited.

What if he had some other criminal background such as a thief. Would Wood's supervisor think it appropriate to notify people that a former thief is entereing their home before the visit?

Of course not. The Revenue Department is in the business of taking your money;-))
Of course in a derogatory sense one might say they are in the sex business since they .......you if you let them:-((
