I am deeply concerned about the circumstances surrounding Mark Seidensticker's arrest and the likelihood that he will be released within the next few months back into our society. The charges he is currently facing only surround his providing cigarettes and alcohol to a minor. Based on what he had in his car, the fact that this was a 14 year old boy and Mark's past, clearly he had the potential of ruining that young boys life! He is a danger to our society and not enough is being done. If anyone has other information about Mark or knows others who have observed or experienced Mark being inappropriate in ANY way with minors, please contact the concord NH police department! This guy is currently an UNREGISTERED Convicted sex offender! His trial is Nov 7th at 8:30 in Concord.

Is there any place that money can be donated to his defense fund?

The only way to serve justice is to ensure he gets a fair and balanced trial and is provided for equal protection under the law.

Why are you concerned that he'll be getting out? Do you believe he's not going to be found guilty of having contact with minors? If he is found guilty, considering his history with violations and failing to register don't you think the Judge will sentence him accordingly?

He is charged with an easily proven crime with which he can be held while the more difficult investigation is concluded.

This is standard procedure and not a conspiracy. It makes sense.
