Somebody get that Florida school secretary. Won't take her 5 minutes to pick him out of 30,000 photos;-))

Well, if New York posted all level 1, 2 and 3's maybe she would have ID'd this perv. Mighty convenient the flashers are probably classed at level 1 who just so happen to NOT be posted. Gotta love the risk class systems and the partial notification of some registries:-))

Looks like his previous and only offense was plea bargined down to a non registerable in '95 or so.

The flickr blog is hilarious. There's a guy on there pointing out that her graphic description not to mention her pornographic photograph (Tessa warned us about perverts and camera phones) posted on an open blog not closed to minors is actually violating New York law and she could do more time than the flasher for using the Internet to disseminate material harmful to minors!
I love it:-))
