"habitual sex offender"??? Okay...they already know he is a twice convicted sex offender. What are these people waiting for? another molested child or worse...escalation to child murder like Couey or Duncan?? Where are his concrete shoes??

As far as I'm concerned any second offense for ANY CRIME is automatic life sentence. You've had your chance, you screwed up again, see yah!

I couldn't agree more :-) Ya know....I really loved the stance that the UK took after being bombed. "shoot to kill". There was a man who did not respond to the police when they asked him to do something.....and, they shot him dead. Why are we so tied up with ethical do gooding in this country?

I agree. There should be no such thing as a 'repeat' or 'habitual' offender wandering the streets. Whether they molested kids or robbed an old lady of her purse.
But society would rather take a guy like this and tell him to register his address every month. THEN they can sleep easy at night knowing they are SAFE.

Plenty of that going on. Perhaps you should drop by Nav's CopWatch hangout and read the stories?
The one that cracks me up and saddens me at the same time is the guy in a wheel chair brandishing a rake. The cops shot him from about 50 feet away, claiming they were 'threatened'.
Try it sometime. Sit in a wheelchair brandishing a rake in a manner required to actually hit somebody with it. Now try and MAINTAIN that stance while you roll the chair forward 50 feet.
Needless to say a panel of fellow cops ruled the killing 'justified' and the DA refused to prosecute.
Let's hope next time you get pulled over the cop doesn't think you took too long in getting out your license. He might shoot you for not doing what you were told fast enough.

This guy should definately put to life. I am so tired of these sick people getting off with a slap on the wrist. My adopted father hurt me and my sisters and all he got was to give up all rights and is still walking the streets today. My daughters uncle was just sentenced to 6months in jail for hurting her. someone we all thought we could trust. This was her fathers brother and another sick thing about it all is her dad is a drunk and doesnt support her at all. This man should not get away with what he did to this little girl. they need to change the law and have them casterized.
