If he was incarcerated, it wasn't for long. He was convicted on January 19, 2005 in Powhatan County Circuit Court (the neighboring county to where he lives now), his initial registration was on March 1, 2005 and he re-registered on August 8, 2005. His conviction was under the statute "INDECENT LIBERTIES WITH CHILD BY CUSTODIAN
He has NO excuse to INDECENT LIBERTIES WITH CHILD , I would be right out there with the flyers !!
Maby he will change his sexual desires for a consenting adult instead of a child !!
