State Police tell us it's not against the law to post the information, but if the sex offender files a complaint because he or she feels they are being harassed, you could be charged.

If he was incarcerated, it wasn't for long. He was convicted on January 19, 2005 in Powhatan County Circuit Court (the neighboring county to where he lives now), his initial registration was on March 1, 2005 and he re-registered on August 8, 2005. His conviction was under the statute "INDECENT LIBERTIES WITH CHILD BY CUSTODIAN".
