In Mexico..... Good luck.

Arizona is going to try and extradite a guy who killed four people here in Phoenix two weeks ago and took his two kids there. The mother survived because she was at work.

Mexico has a policy of not extraditing people who could face the death penalty AND they've ruled life without parole is "cruel and unusual" thus they won't extradite for that either.

I know LA County is trying to get two cop killers back and has had no luck.

Even more reason to put the troops down there and make them STAY there so they don't come up here and commit crimes.
