"Absolutely. So get with it. Bombard them with paperwork. Better yet, become self-employed. Form 18 different businesses, and work for all of them. One day here, two days there, etc. Drop by the PD EVERY day and tell them "Today I'm working for ABC Investments". Tomorrow it will be "I quit ABC, today I'm working for ZYZ".
Reminds me of the town in Arkansas that was whining because they spent something like $20,000 in month printing flyers and handing them out because 36 RSO's moved that month. I say move more often. Bankrupt the town and they'll start wondering if it was worth it;-))"
Agreed thats the key. Have an organized campaign of daily registrations by all SO's in the city. They can say they're doing it voluntarily to protect themselves from accusations.
