Florida's list of prison inmates list prostitutes as convicted SO's. But I don't think that until someone's convicted, they should be labeled. Even now, arrests can count against you in a job search, even if charges are dropped or one's found not guilty.

By using this website, you will be able to view public records on individuals who have been arrested for soliciting prostitutes or other related arrests.</blockquote>

The page has a link to another page listing 18 statutes that qualify someone for being listed.

<blockquote>The following individuals were arrested and charged for either patronizing or soliciting for prostitution. It is not a comprehensive list of all individuals arrested by the Chicago Police Department for patronizing or soliciting for prostitution. The names, identities and citations appear here as they were provided to police officers in the field at the time of arrests.</blockquote>

It's not a comprehensive list?  Who's missing?  It's not clear whether there are criteria that limit who's listed or something else prevents some from being listed.

<blockquote>All photos and information will automatically be removed after thirty (30) days from the arrest date.
These individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. </blockquote>

Why are they removed after 30 days?  I don't know that I agree with the concept of listing these people, but I'd be more comfortable with listing them after they were convicted.
