He is suspected of masturbating in his science class while the students were watching a movie, officials said.

Three of the boy’s female classmates have also accused him of grabbing their hands and trying to force them to touch his genitals, according to the sheriff’s report.

One girl, who was 13, said that, after he was finished, he wiped a “wet, white substance” on her face.

The investigating deputy reported that the boy, whose name was not released due to his age, later confessed to all of the accusations, except trying to force girls to touch him.

He also said that he wiped his hands on his pants before touching the girl’s face, but admitted they might not have been clean, the report said.

What should be done to a student guilty of such crimes?

The incident took place May 26 but wasn’t reported to the Sheriff’s Office until last Thursday.

Superintendent David Cox said school administrators didn’t learn of it until the day after, when one of the girls’ fathers made a complaint.

Was the delay in reporting it to the Sheriff's Office too long?

Not so sure in cases like these they should BE crimes. The boy definitely needs counseling big time. Does he need 4 years in juvie and a lifetime label as a baby-raper? Nope.
