had the "girl" been in Indiana, there would be no crime.
He is another victim of a law that shouldnt even exist.
Illinois is one of only 9 states that criminalizes sexual activity by those 16-17 years old, but will execute them for an "adult" crime.
How can one activity be considered adult while another is not when done by the same person?
