Senate author Charles Wyrick of Fairland says he's more concerned about protecting children than the the rights of convicted criminals.

That's fine. Pony up the cash then, since you're so concerned. No doubt your salary will fund at least 20 offenders per year;-))

But Holly Chandler -- a therapist who treats sex offenders -- says it does no good to make sure offenders are home because most of them commit their crimes at home.

I find it really strange that the only people willing to acknowledge this fact are the offenders themselves and the therapists who deal with them. Everybody else continues to believe in the mythical bus-stop snatching.
