Another article about this case. Police fear the "vigilante" attitude in the neighborhood might hamper their case.

One SO was questioned early on but eliminated. The article said:
"WBAL-TV 11 News reporter Kate Amara reported police picked up a sex offender in that neighborhood, but after questioning, determined that person was not a suspect. They removed that person from the neighborhood and relocated them for their safety, Amara said."
For his safety....... nice.
Harrassing someone due to their presence on a registry should carry the same penalty as failure to register. That being a felony conviction.
