Obviously you can, since these six vigilantes walked away without even a slap on the wrist. I don't blame the RSO for not pressing charges. If he had, he woudln't have lived long enough to testify at trial. Baltimore is one of the most dangerous cities in the USA, especially in these ghettos. Passing out flyers isn't a hate crime as long as they are truthful. Nobody is saying it is a hate crime. But threatening, harrassing and assaulting people just because they are on that flyer is a hate crime.
