Interesting that a person on parole for sodomizing a child would not be on the Net, and New York DOC wouldn't have that fact listed on his rap sheet. Looks like there are as many problems in New York as there are in Florida and California, all coming back to government record-keeping and disclosures.


There could be a number of reasons. I'm not familiar with the system in New York, but it's possible he was paroled from another state; therefore, it wasn't entered into the database. Also, if he was really a predator and currently incarcerated they may have taken him off the registry once he was booked. In Florida under unusal circumstances we have to click on the advanced search. I don't think other states have that capability.
