I would like to address some of the entries posted. I can tell you that there are individuals that were adjudicated as juveniles that DO appear on the FDLE site. I also wish to clarify the intent and facts of the Juv site. This site has not been approved for release yet and I can tell you that those Juv. that will appear on the site if it is approved will be juv's who have been arrested and adjudicated of crimes that if they were an adult could qualify them to register as a sexual predator in the State of Florida. These are not your children who experiment with sex. The intent here is to inform the public of those Juv. sex offenders who could pose a risk to public safety. If I told you that there was a 14 yr old who lived 3 house down from you and that he/she had raped three 5 yr olds, would you not want to know that? I sure would!
