Florida's registry is a comedy worthy of its own HBO special. The public has a need to know who all the RSOs are who are serving time in Florida prisons, right? Even if the registry doesn't tell the public WHERE those offenders are actually serving their time.
And of course even though some offenders are dead the public needs to know not only that they are dead, but also where they USED to live lest they be infected with the T-virus ala Resident Evil and decide to go back home for "lunch".
And lets not forget Mr. Gonzalez who was deported back to Honduras 7 years ago and has his address listed as "Honduras". I guess Floridians might go there for a vacation and need to make sure they stay away from him while there, not that they have a clue WHERE in Honduras he may be.
See my post re the National registry / website replacing all the state and local ones. No more dead, deported or incarcerated sex offenders clogging up the bandwidth. Florida alone will magically see its number of RSOs cut in half;-))
