Silver, that's exactly what his crime was. He may have been 20 physically, but mentally he was no older than his victim. Oddly enough he could have killed her and been acquitted because of his mental disability.
Regardless, for a public official to knowingly tell his constituents to LIE on a flyer, after his own Sheriff told him NOT to do so, is a far greater crime than anything Claxton did. And much like the drunk lady in California who ran down a sex offender, nobody wiill be charged.
