Duke's registry on the State Police Web site spells out his prior crimes, including 10 counts of sexual abuse and sexual assault on three boys.
Leniency at its best.....or worst, depending on how you look at it.
and could also spend time behind bars for repeat offenses.
At least they're talking about it after 10 previous offenses. John Couey hit 26 and murdered a child before anybody decided just maybe this time they should do more than slap his hand. Score 1 - 0 West Virginia over Florida.
