He only served 42 months for his assault? If the worst they've ever seen only gets 42 months, I'd hate to see what the rest of them get, if anything. The Court should be ashamed of themselves for not doing the job right in the first place. Your tax dollars are being wasted folks!

Why are the police seking information on this guy? do they think he committed some other crimes?
