This is so damned funny and so damned pitiful at the same time, I don't know if I should laugh or cry.

Nathan Barankin, a DOJ spokesman, said it is impossible to police the site and make sure sex offenders aren't using it.
Didn't stop the idiots from passing the law though, did it? Keeping in mind of course that if Westberg wasn't an RSO, the contact would have been legal. Everybody else in the world is free to send RSO's letters asking for dates, using the registry to get those addresses.
