given this guys record and the fact that he was offending again, he deserves a long sentance. of course, if he had been LE, he might have received a one year sentance and probation

Dad, you're starting to sound as bitter and angry as Navigatr1. Don't know what bug got up your butt, but there are plenty of sentences out there that in my opinion are extremely leniant and it isn't LE sentences. It's all a matter of perception. DP1

no, DP1, im nor bitter or angry. too much time on my hands in the last week. just watching a local case get swept under the rug because the guy is a cop and did not get charged for having CP on his home computer. much to this dimay of some of us around here.
And you have those, like the DP here who thinks he did nothing wrong. lookin at the state police to do something
