Orolan, you must be reading my mind. If one rape on a 14 year old is justification for civil committment then we need to start building more facilities because there's plenty other more dangerous RSOs out there. It seems like they are basing this on his bad attitude. If he was such a risk to the community then why did they even bother to release him to the community pending hearing? HELLO! Is this how we deal with dangerous people! These folks need some real experience with bad guys. This is their first case so I guess there's a learning curve. How long has the DA been out of law school?
