"Repeat offenders of any violent crime, we submit, shouldn't be cloaked in privacy. Rehabilitation is a noble goal, and everyone has a right to try and rebuild their lives. That should not, however, take precedence over the rights of the innocent to live safely in their own homes and neighborhoods."
Agreed they need to expose ALL felons to public notification. Likewise they really need to take a look at the paranoia thats developed in many of these communities as a result of the publics "living safer" with this knowledge (look at California for an example of paranoia).
