If their case is as rock solid as they think, then they don't really need her to testify in order to present their case. So their cas is not as rock solid as they claim. If they need her to testify, then they should supeona her sorry butt as a hostile witness, and force her to testify. Otherwise the prosecution is just posturing to save face.

She said the woman returned home stunned after her encounter with Bryant and changed into a blue tank top and yellow underwear that she pulled out of an overnight bag. She had worn the underwear after having sex on June 18, her birthday. underwear after having sex on June 18, her birthday.
Wearing dirty underwear? dirty sex underwear at that? That’s just gross…

Why did Bryant's accuser become uncooperative?
Why did Kobe Bryant apologize?

I can't form a definate opinion in this case, but i can say the case wasn't looking very good for the girl at all. It just seems like both sides of this are suffering so much, why? over sex?
I don't think Kobe is a rapist but i wish he had thought of his family before he had sex with this girl. I know they have this whole sports super star mentality that most of these guys feel intitled to as many women as possible to go along with all the other luxuries their success brings. But if that was the case he should have never gotten married. This whole thing must have been so embarrassing for him and the girl.
