Different state laws as to what constitutes a "sexual" offence ,and differentage of consent laws means that people are posted on website in some states for what is legal in the next state just down the road.
("Paedophiles" are said to be incurable,but in fact different state,and national consent ages means they must be "cured" all the time,by crossing boundaries.)
For example,please access the Louisiana site,and search it (as it can be searched)with any common Woman's first name,you will see there's legions of poor Women(presumably many prostitutes) posted ther for "CRIME AGAINST NATURE!!!" ie,that is,oral sex between consenting adults(not on a level with Child rape and murder,but it's no good telling the campaigners for "Megan's" law that).What happens re registration if they move to New York ,where this is not illegal?
