Not surprisingly this is getting widespread coverage. In case you want to read several different takes on it and because articles sometimes are archived or moved, I'm listing some other articles on the Supreme Court decision.

The article above provided a link to the Slip Opinion for the court case. Ashcroft v. American Civil Liberties Union (Docket 03-218). It's in Adobe Acrobat (get the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it) format and is 41 pages long. I've skimmed it, but haven't read it.

Hi Steve,
I've not looked at this in detail but I know that one of the prinicipal objections to this law was that a number of sexually explicit but not pornographic sites (and often non-commercial) e.g. sex discussion forums and blogs, sex education sites could fall foul.
Did you ever have concerns that Sexcriminals would be at-risk?

I suppose COPA was a concern when I first heard about it, but it's my understanding that the material on this site wouldn't be classified as material harmful to minors. Unfortunately, it's probably in my best interests not to have a continued discussion about legal issues like that. I hope you understand.
