"Because the rape is considered a "crime of violence" under state law, the details and sex offender's name are public. But because he's a juvenile, KELOLAND News is choosing not to use his name or picture in this story. We talked with a concerned parent and the head of the Sioux Falls School District, who explains why young sex offenders are allowed in school."
I'm sure this newspaper has no trouble publishing the names of people who are arrested as adults for sex offending. I'm not even talking about convicted just arrested. This kid was CONVICTED. Put his name in the paper for petes sake!
