Supporting Kobe tends to draw fire from other posters, but I'm not the timid type.
I think the evidence is beginning to show that this is in fact an attempt at legalized extortion. Indeed, the woman may have demanded money or else she would cry rape. To which Kobe probably responded by promptly bouncing her out on her can.
The real trial here is the rape-shield issue. Perhaps this case will start the dominoes falling.

Well I for one cant imagine a rape victim going out and finding another man after being raped. Most rape victims are so traumatized they recoil at the touch.

This "mystery man" deal will lead to a not guilty verdict at trial. Just watch.

That is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. I haven't kept up with the story to be honest with you but any women that cries rape and has had more than one sex partner on the night in question sounds like a disgruntled prostitute. Sorry ladies. That's just how I see it. She sounds pissed about not getting enough (money that is). This foolishness needs to end.
