Gender: Male, Age Bracket: N/A, State: Arizona, Country: United States

Ive been following this story as its back in Minnesota (read the star tribune everyday online). This guy they arrested looks like a real scumbag. Multiple rapist?? Why was he even released. You can bet the idiot who decided not to commit him because he was "old" (to the predator hospital) is going to be job hunting.

Then again he may be innocent in which case they've really slammed him. We'll have to wait and see. From the sounds of it they have a video of the parking area and can place him there. It fits his MO to a "T". He's probably guilty.

The Governor of Minnesota has publically called for the death penalty (they dont have it). He said:

" I have had it with sexual predators and individuals who are repeat offenders," Pawlenty said at the State Capitol. "I'm fed up." In certain cases of murder or attempted murder, he said, "I support the death penalty."

and will advocate bringing it back for the first time since 1913 when the state outlawed it.

This also happend just in time for another Level 3 offender to be released. So theyve plastered this guy all over the paper to:

I hope they find this girl. Still I imagine she's probably lying in a ditch somewhere and this guy probably did it. If they can put him on the parking lot when it happend and have surv camera video of him its open and shut.
