"Ben Rouzie is serving time in prison for sexually abusing a nine year old girl. Now, he's sending threatening letters to the girl's family from the snake river penitentiary."
Hopefully this type of action will just keep him incarcerated longer. It's always tough to tell how this kind of thing can happen when the news article doesn't go into much detail, but I hope they're checking the recipient addresses of his outbound mail if they were already.
