Visit the source page to see the picture he had been using on the registry (a high school picture from when he was 17) and the picture of what he looks like now at age 35.

"Evoy comes from a five-generation police family. His father was Evergreen Park police chief when he first had to register as a sex offender. His brother, currently a state police master sergeant, says the high school photo was an oversight. But the woman Evoy attacked in 1987 believes it was intentional."

Suspicious.
