"U.S. District Judge Harry D. Leinenweber sealed the report Oct. 21 after attorneys for the state told him its disclosure would be harmful to the effectiveness of treatment at the center. They said reading the report might cause patients to refuse treatment."
It's ironic that the "patients" are expected to be totally honest in their treatment but the court seals information that might prove harmful to the effectiveness of their treatment and of which also might cause them to refuse treatment. In this situation, who is being more honest in the long run--the offender or the court?
If the blind lead the blind, they both fall into a ditch!
