I'd be interested to know how many child abductions there have been in Houston on Halloween by convicted sex offenders in the past?
Or is this just all overreaction?
Obviously the news media is using the registry the way it WASNT intended - to hound these people.

I also would be interested in finding out how many child abductions during Halloween have occurred there.
Since two-thirds of the sex offenders are not on probation and are not being monitored there, I'd also be interested in seeing if there were any molestations or abductions reported in the upcoming week that involved this group.
I'll also clarify that one would be too many.
