With all the sex offenders out there who are unknown and not registered because they haven't been caught up to this point, why would parents then let their children go to ANY house for trick-or-treat candies?

Those parents who are "educated" on the subject must be in denial when it comes to the information about most sex offenders not being busted for the crime yet.
