I guess I'm wondering "why"? I mean if theyre on the state registry all the Las Cruces Police Department has to do is go online and find them . The fact the article mentioned the exact number living there shows its already being done.
This is just another form of intimidation and humiliation. Theres no reason for it. They've been listening to Mayor Bus Ticket up in Albuquerque I guess........
