As I recall a couple of state courts have already thrown out laws like this.

The entire premise is the false belief that "stranger danger" is a real threat. Never mind 90%+ of children are molested by a family friend or relative in the house. Never mind that the sex offender needs to live somewhere. Like they said they "wish to God" they could restrict his movements.

Sad.
