There is a big difference between a man who is convicted of something he did outside his work environment and those who are viewing pornography in their work environment. I certainly don't condone inappropriate sexual behavior but how does that affect employment. If he isn't working around children, what is the big deal? He still needs to work to support himself and how is this affecting these other men? Some people just have too much time on their hands. This guy is, no doubt, under supervision and all the impositions that go along with it. As far as sex offenses against children are concerned, it is the most abhorent of all crimes in my opinion so I am not trying to cut the guy any slack. The bottom line is, these crimes are committed by humans who eat, sleep, work, and pay bills like the rest of us. Knowing he would be unemployed and out on the streets is far more troublesome than knowing just where he is, etc. It's not as if he is a janitor at a local elementary school!

See an abbreviation or acronym, but don't know what it stands for? Consult the Glossary.
