I am sure they can find sources of revenue elsewhere. I rent to elderly/disabled who live on very meager fixed incomes. Thank God I have a HUD contract so their rents are only 30% of an adjusted income base. On average they live on 500/mth and their rent might be 142/mth maybe less depending on other expenses for medicine, treatments, etc.. Hmmmm...eating, life insurance, health insurance, etc. Poof.....and it's gone just on the necessities. Several have been "involved" with the law whether righteously or not. What happens when they are found innocent? A reimbursement? Why don't some of the politicians give up some of their luxuries afforded to them via the tax payers and relieve some of the burden....haha? Wow, they weren't making much of an effort to be ceative financially were they?! It will never last!!
