"There is no acceptable evidence before you that he would be a serious danger to the community," he said.
Let's see--the guy has been convicted of 5 prior sex convictions, shows no remorse at all, and refuses to accept any rehabilitation measures for himself.
Yeah, I'd come up with the same conclusion--NOT!
