According to court records, Resch had told the car wash's manager his conviction for lewd and lascivious behavior was for having sex with his underage fiancée when her father caught them, Sellers' court records state.
The conviction was really for masturbating in a car in front of two 14-year-old girls.
Huh? No Way!!! You mean he convinced his boss it was ONLY a Romeo and Juliet affair? Tell me this can't be so. [sarcasm]
I'm wondering why the PO didn't come right out and say that the guy was on supervision for spanking his monkey in front of minors......better reason for FDLE to report the circumstances of the sex crimes on the registry. This is unacceptable.

Sorry, but it seems that spanking his monkey in front of two 14 year-olds who are too fascinated to walk away is a far more heinous crime than intercourse with a minor?
But that makes sense. This is a Florida story, where touching a butt gets you mandatory 25-life but putting something in it gets you 15 max.
Priorities are all wrong in the Sunshine State it seems.
