My sister-in-law filed aggravated sexual assault charges against her brother who raped her repeatedly when they were children. She was told yesterday that his plea hearing is scheduled for April 11. The prosecutor then told her she wasn't sure if she was allowed to attend this hearing. These are HER charges-what is this all about?

See an abbreviation or acronym, but don't know what it stands for? Consult the Glossary.
