Doesn't this retoric from politicians sound familar. We are hearing it all across the United States as various legislatures are trying to pass one upmanship over other states on who can be the toughest against formerly convicted sex offenders. They will pass laws that will have absolutely no effect on cutting down the number of sex offenses by targeting formerly convicted sex offenders. As a group, they have one of the lowest recidivism rates even though politicians will try to tell you that they have high recidivism rates.

People really need to wake up and realize that our politicians are pulling the wool over our eyes for their own political gain.
