A grandfather showed up to Little League today with an ankle bracelet on - supposedly he is indicted, not convicted on a sex offense - does California allow that or is it actually more likely that he is convicted? If he's on bail, is it likely that the terms are that he stay away from places like Little League/Schools etc.?

Best thing to do is call your local law enforcement...if the guy has a bracelet...you can bank on the fact he is a bad guy....you dont want him around your money or your kids...
