Figueroa is the ICE Special Agent in Charge in Tampa, now suspended. He's suspended because he was caught fondling himself in front of a 16-year-old girl at a Tampa mall. He was arrested and charged.
And more ICE lovelies
Then, there is Jennifer Sedgebeer, the Texas ICE agent who participated in the illegal handcuffing of a woman who refused to perform a sex act on the agent and her cop boyfriend in a hot tub.

This is the latest I could find. We should pressure the media to hound this guy.

well I gotta tell you that broke my heart. I just read and re-read the links provided and I am sadly disappointed. I had higher expectations from the entire agency than that. Feels like a bubble burst, if this guy did what he is charged with, he needs to hang higher than most. I have alot of tolerance for LE and so called allowances they make for themselves, I myself benefit from those allowances on many occations. I have no tolerance for this.

Renun you KNOW these people are innocent. Didn't happen. False accusations. ICE agents are GOD and they would NEVER do somethiing wrong. Just ask Val.
These stories are fabrications by the left-wing media to discredit the Bush administration and to try and keep ICE from it's task. Which is to spend 8 months finding 25 illegal immigrants.

I have no tolerance for this.
ICE and Homeland Security is in serious trouble, from BOTH ends of the nation.
They were lumped together too quickly, ranks were filled too fast for political reasons and there is little policing of their actions.
The pentagon will soon be taking over, quietly, the jobs being conducted by Homeland Security.
On the people's side, many people are quietly concerned about the Patriot Act, and the expanding powers granted. I personally do not care, because I have so few rights, it doesn't really matter to me if you get arrested for taking the King's meat from his forest. (BTW, that is metaphor).
On the gevernment side, HS has been an embarassment. Things like these few incidents are minor compared to how HS has let down the taxpayers, and the Cogress that created this beast.
This is why there is little objection to the new powers about to be granted to the Pentagon to enforce law within the US. HS blew it and the service is taking over.
It will soon be a reality in the US that an armed enlisted member of the Army, Navy or Marines could knock on your door and arrest and indefinately detain you or anyone for that matter, if they suspect you of treason, terrorism, subterfuge, smuggling and a host of other, previously police-only enforced crimes.
The Marines have already, in 2004, begun training to investigate, arrest and detain American Citizens in the US, WITHOUT prior notification of local police or other Federal Agencies. This was started under EO 12958 and the program is now being requested to be expanded to include giving active duty military more powers within the Us than is allowed by local police. Federalism is a symptom of facsim.

A recent high-level presidential commission "urged that CIFA be given authority to carry out domestic criminal investigations and clandestine operations against potential threats inside the United States,"
I am all for the agencies bein gallowed to share info, for pete's sake, why werent they doing that before?
However, HS and ICE have been miserable failures relative to their promises and the Pentagon is edging them out, along with the FBI, soon to be obsolete because they are required to report their budget and contractors prefer to do business with agencies who do not report their budgets, like our friends at the NSA and CIFA.
If the services are more effective at securing our borders, and deporting criminals, then who can object to shutting down HS and ICE?
See the ploy....................... ICE failed, "we must protect you and we will use soldiers to do what civilians are too incompetent to do."
ICE had some successes, but they are not what they promised, and I think it was by design.

What is a shame is that this was surely not his first victim. With his positions of power over vulnerable and scared people, he could have literally hundreds of victims, children of illegals, who's parents looked the other way so as not to be deported.
I cannot even imagine exposing myself to someone in public, ever. The levels and phases of deviancy he has progressed through to be so bold have surely left a wake of victims.
There should be a full-scale investigation of all ICE agents and anyone they have had contact with. We surely do not want our homeland security department to be known more for raping than exporting the cheap labor our nation's owners(business) lure here.
That woman ICE agent and her truffle hunting boyfriend surely have more victims, to literally handcuff someone to get some lip shows a deep progression of deviancy. I am a RSO and I would never handcuff someone OR show my dinger to a girl on the street.
What is going on with LE? My goodness.

w/ in re to ice, any other le, etc, people are , well ice is people, simple as that, and where you have people, you will have so, killers, rapists, people who get high, alcoholics, you name it, I think people need to start understanding and getting educated in the fact that it is NOT always the family member, or the man in the trench coat is the child molester....
it can be your police office, teacher, anyone at all, no matter how high the rank, sad, but true.
as another reason why when I go to do my speaches, I tell my kids that, and you should see the look on the teachers faces then when I say:
"if anyone touches you, even your teacher, it is NOT right".

Don't flatter yourself. I have no personal vendetta against you in spite of your personal vendetta against me and all SOs in general. You see, I was taught to forgive and to pray for my enemies. You probably were too, but apparently only one of us practices what we were taught.
As for Val, well you are taking a figurative and making it literal. No, Val never specifically said "ICE agents are God". I'm sorry that you don't grasp the rudimentary grammatical concepts of metaphor, simile, etc. And you apprently missed her statement that an ICE agent was innocent of exposing himself after simply reading a brief news story about it. She made an automatic assumption that he didn't do it. A position that she has since reversed. You see, she'll admit to a mistake. I know that and she knows that and everything else is just jabs at each other that aren't taken seriously by me or her. You really should lighten up a little and keep your nose a little further out of other people's business. Somebody will bite it off one day.

One of Florida's top federal law-enforcement officers faces trial next month on charges of exposing himself to a teenage girl last year at the Mall at Millenia.
Frank Figueroa, head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Central and North Florida when he was arrested, received an April 6 trial date on Friday in the Orange County Courthouse.
Orlando police arrested Figueroa, 49, on Oct. 25 after the teenager and her mother complained to mall security that a man in the food court had been fondling himself for about 10 minutes. As special agent in charge of ICE's Tampa office, Figueroa had spent the day in Orlando at a law-enforcement conference that ended hours before his arrest.
